Our cakes are sealed in cellophane and packaged in a reusable decorative tin, and are available throughout the year.

cherries (color added), pineapple, unbleached flour, raisins, walnuts, whole eggs, pecans, dates, sugar, brandy, wine, papaya, butter, lemon and orange peel, all-vegetable shortening (soybean and cottonseed oils), honey, pineapple juice, non-fat dry milk, water, fine flavorings and spices, salt, baking powder, calcium propionate and sulfur dioxide added as a preservative.
