A fruitcake from the Trappist monks for those
who appreciate quality products, made from an old fashioned recipe,
using choice fruits and nut meats in a brandy-laced
batter.
Our cakes are sealed in cellophane and packaged in a
reusable decorative tin, and are available throughout the
year.
The monks of Holy Cross Abbey think this will be the best fruitcake
you have ever tasted! Even as good as the one grandmom used
to make!

ingredients: cherries (color added), pineapple, unbleached
flour, raisins, walnuts, whole eggs, pecans, dates, sugar, brandy,
wine, papaya, butter, lemon and orange peel, all-vegetable
shortening (soybean and cottonseed oils), honey, pineapple juice,
non-fat dry milk, water, fine flavorings and spices, salt, baking
powder, calcium propionate and sulfur dioxide added as a
preservative.
